forrealz! Terms of Service

1. About forrealz!

forrealz! is a social platform for spontaneous, real-life meetups — for activities, dates, or shared experiences. Operated by Manuel Rorarius, Berlin, Germany (info@forrealz.de).

2. Eligibility

Using forrealz! requires that you are at least 18 years old, legally permitted to use the service, and provide accurate information when creating your account.

3. Account Registration

Registration requires your real first name, date of birth, and a valid phone number or email address, or a social login (see Section 3 of the Privacy Policy for the sign-in providers). You must keep your credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

Prohibited: harassment, impersonation, posting illegal content, hacking attempts, spam, creating multiple accounts, and commercial solicitation without our consent. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts for violations.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant forrealz! a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and promoting the app.

6. Privacy

Use of forrealz! is additionally subject to our Privacy Policy (https://go.forrealz.de/legal/privacy.de.md), incorporated here by reference.

7. Safety

We encourage meeting in public places and reporting suspicious behavior via the in-app reporting feature. forrealz! is not responsible for user conduct outside the app.

8. Credits and Payments

Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Payments are processed through the respective app stores and our subscription provider, RevenueCat (see Section 3 of the Privacy Policy).

9. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, and technology belong to forrealz! and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property law.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted operation, meetup safety, or the accuracy of user profiles.

11. Limitation of Liability

Liability is capped, to the extent legally permitted, at the amount paid in the preceding three months, or €10, whichever is greater.

12. Termination

Accounts may be suspended for violations of these terms or upon discontinuation of the service. You may delete your account at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you in the app of material changes to these Terms and ask you to actively re-consent. Until you have expressly agreed to the current version, you will not be able to continue using the service. Continued use alone does not substitute for this express consent.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by German law. Exclusive jurisdiction, to the extent legally permitted, lies with the courts at the operator's place of business.
