Last updated: 15.05.2026 Welcome to forrealz! (“App”, “Service”). By using forrealz!, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. 

1. About forrealz! forrealz! is a social platform for spontaneous, real-life meetups. It connects people who want to meet in person for activities, dates, or shared experiences. The App is operated by forrealz! Manuel Rorarius (contact: info (at) forrealz.de). 

2. Eligibility By using forrealz!, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are legally permitted to use this Service in your country of residence.
  • You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
  • You will provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when creating your account.


3. Account Registration To use forrealz!, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide your real name, date of birth, and a valid phone number.
  • Keep your account information accurate and up to date.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 

4. Acceptable Use You agree to use forrealz! only for its intended purpose: connecting with other people for real-life meetups. You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Use the App for commercial solicitation, spam, or advertising.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity.
  • Upload or share illegal, harmful, offensive, or sexually explicit content.
  • Attempt to circumvent, hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App or its infrastructure.
  • Use the App to engage in any illegal activity.
  • Create multiple accounts or fake accounts.
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the App without permission.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. 5. User Content You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., profile photos, bio text). By submitting content, you grant forrealz! a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you provide and confirm that it does not infringe any third-party rights. 6. Privacy Your use of forrealz! is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. 7. Safety forrealz! facilitates connections between real people. We encourage you to:

  • Meet in public places, especially for first encounters.
  • Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, leave.
  • Report any suspicious or unsafe behavior using the in-app reporting feature.

forrealz! is not responsible for the conduct of users outside the App and cannot guarantee the accuracy of any user’s identity or intentions. 

8. Credits and Payments Certain features of forrealz! require credits. By purchasing credits, you agree that:

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
  • forrealz! may change the pricing or availability of credits at any time.


9. Intellectual Property All content, design, and technology in forrealz! — excluding user-submitted content — is the property of forrealz! and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission. 

10. Disclaimers forrealz! is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

  • That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • That meetups arranged through the App will be safe, successful, or as expected.
  • The accuracy or completeness of any user profile or content.


11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, forrealz! shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to harm resulting from meetups arranged through the App. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or €10, whichever is greater. 12. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination (including Sections 5, 9, 11). 13. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 14. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany. 15.
