No. Door policy is entirely up to the club and nobody can promise entry, not even locals.
What time should we meet?
Berlin clubs run late. Put your planned arrival time in the Drop, most Drops here are for well after midnight.
Is it less awkward to queue with someone than alone?
That is the point. Say what you are both getting into and go through it together.
