This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data within the forrealz! pre-launch prototype (“Prototype”)
and the associated website. The Prototype is an early-stage test environment and not a public or
commercial product. All data processed in the Prototype is treated as test data without personal reference.

2. Data Collected via Website and Prototype
We only collect the data necessary to operate the Prototype or the website,
or data that you voluntarily provide. No profiling, commercial processing,
or matching algorithms are used in the Prototype.
2.1 Server Log Files (Technical Data)
When visiting our website, technical information is automatically collected by the hosting provider:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing device
- Time of server request
- IP address (anonymized where possible)
This processing is necessary for operating the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2.2 Cookies
The MVP does not use analytics, marketing, or tracking cookies.
Only technically required cookies may be used.
3. Data You Provide Voluntarily
Depending on your use (pre-registration or Prototype access), we may collect different categories of data.
3.1 Pre-Registration Data
- Email address (written format: info (at) forrealz.de)
- Optional free-text information
3.2 Prototype Registration Data
The Prototype may request the following test data:
- First name (may be fictional or an alias)
- Gender identity
- Relationship type (monogamous / non-monogamous)
- Sexual orientation (optional)
- Date of birth
- Spoken languages
- Phone number (not verified; not used for real communication)
All these data points serve the purpose of simulating app functionality, not
identifying real persons. You may enter fictional data.
3.3 Visibility of Profile Information
Certain test profile information may be visible to other Prototype participants
if required to evaluate interaction concepts (e.g., browsing profiles, testing flows).
All test users agree to treat displayed data as non-personal test content.
4. Purpose of Data Processing
Data collected in the Prototype is processed exclusively for:
- Testing and validating app concepts
- Evaluating design and user experience
- Simulating in-app interactions
- Improving internal prototypes
Data is not used for matching, advertising, analytics, or commercial purposes.
5. Legal Basis
Data you provide is processed based on your voluntary consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

6. No Phone Contact
Although the Prototype may request a phone number, it:
- is not validated,
- may be fictional,
- is not used to call or message you,
- exists only for prototype simulation purposes.
7. Data Sharing
Your data is only shared when:
- you explicitly consent,
- there is a legal obligation, or
- it is required for technical operation (e.g., hosting providers).
8. Storage Duration
Prototype data will be deleted after the test phase ends or upon your request.
Pre-registration data will be stored until launch or until your consent is withdrawn.
