The moment you tapped the link, Pixel’s eyes went wide. His little teal tuft practically vibrates with excitement.
“Cookie… look!! Someone actually clicked!” Pixel holds the phone so close he almost drops it.
Cookie gasps — the soft, round, delighted kind of gasp — and bounces forward with both arms raised:
“WE DID IT! Someone wants to help us!”
Pixel nods rapidly, nearly falling over from pure enthusiasm.
“forrealz! They’re here to check out the Alpha! We’re not alone anymore! No more sharing one phone!
No more guessing what all the buttons do!”
Cookie swishes her tail happily. “Oh wow, thank you sooo much for being here! We’ve been waiting for someone just like you!”
Pixel leans toward you, clutching the smartphone like treasure.
“We built this together… well, okay, the humans built it. We mostly tested snacks. And buttons.
But still – we’re so excited you’re here.”
Cookie steps closer, warm and sincere:
“You’re literally helping us make real connections happen – for us and for everyone who’ll use the app later. Thank you for being early. Thank you for being brave.
Thank you for giving us a chance.”
Both raccoons grin up at you, tails wiggling in sync.
“Ready?” Pixel whispers.
“Let’s explore the Alpha together!” Cookie beams
Our Alpha is not a bug-hunt or a security test.
It’s something more meaningful:
Validating the concept
Does the idea work for real people in real life?
Understanding user experience
Does the flow feel natural, spontaneous, intuitive?
Gathering honest impressions
What sparks? What confuses? What feels new or exciting?
You’ll receive access to our working prototype, try out the core interaction model (Drop → Pick → Encounter), and then share your experience in a structured survey at the end of the test period.
Of course, if you spot bugs, you can report them – but ideally collected once in a single document after you’ve completed your session.
As an Alpha user, you’re not just “testing an app.” You’re helping us build something new for Berlin – and maybe one day far beyond.
Alpha users get:
Invitation to the forrealz! launch party
Your name goes on the guest list. You were here from day one. We aim to launch in the second half of 2026 but we don’t want to make any promises. This app is bootstrapped after all!

You get a first look at how spontaneous encounters can work differently.
A real say in shaping the product
Your experience and your feedback will influence the direction of the app.We listen, we learn, we iterate. With you.
The good-karma feeling of helping bootstrap something meaningful
forrealz! is built around sincerity and human energy — and you’ll be part of its foundation.
