Welcome to the forrealz! prototype (\u201cPrototype\u201d). This Prototype is part of an early-stage product test and is not a final, public, or commercial version of the forrealz! application. By using the Prototype, you agree to the following Terms of Service.<\/p>

1. Purpose of the Prototype<\/h2>

The Prototype is provided solely for testing, research, and evaluation purposes. Its purpose is to validate core concepts, interaction flows, and the user experience. It is not a completed product and should not be used for any real-world dating, meeting, or matchmaking activities.<\/p>

All data entered into or displayed by the Prototype is treated as test data without personal reference<\/strong>.<\/p>

2. Eligibility<\/h2>

By using the Prototype, you confirm that:<\/p>

  • You are at least 18 years old.<\/li>
  • You are participating voluntarily.<\/li>
  • You understand that this is a non-commercial, pre-launch test environment.<\/li><\/ul>

    3. Test Data and User Input<\/h2>

    During Prototype registration, you may be asked to provide data such as:<\/p>

    • First name (may be an alias or test name)<\/li>
    • Gender identity (may be fake)<\/li>
    • Relationship type (monogamous \/ non-monogamous)<\/li>
    • Sexual orientation (optional, may be fake)<\/li>
    • Date of birth\u00a0(may be fake)<\/li>
    • Spoken languages (may be fake)<\/li>
    • Phone number (not verified; not used for communication)<\/li><\/ul>

      None of this information must be real. You may provide fictional data for testing and add more than one user with different fake phone numbers.<\/p>

      By participating, you grant forrealz! permission to process the entered information exclusively for testing and product evaluation, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.<\/p>

      4. Visibility of Profile Information<\/h2>

      Some information you enter into the Prototype may be visible to other test participants if necessary for evaluating the user experience (e.g., showing test profiles, simulating encounters).<\/p>

      All participants agree to treat any displayed data as test data without personal meaning.<\/p>

      5. No Real-Life Use<\/h2>

      The Prototype is not intended for:<\/p>

      • Real dating or romantic interactions<\/li>
      • Real social or community connections<\/li>
      • Safety-critical or location-based interactions<\/li>
      • Any situation requiring identity verification<\/li><\/ul>

        The Prototype does not include safety features, identity verification, or functional communication tools. Attempting to use it for real-world matching is strongly discouraged.<\/p>

        6. Limitations and Errors<\/h2>

        As an experimental test version, the Prototype may:<\/p>

        • Contain bugs or incomplete features<\/li>
        • Display inaccurate or placeholder data<\/li>
        • Be unavailable at times<\/li>
        • Produce unexpected behavior<\/li>
        • Data might be deleted and you might need to re-run the onboarding

          These issues are part of the testing process.<\/p>

          forrealz! makes no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or functionality of the Prototype.<\/p>

          7. Feedback and Reporting<\/h2>

          Your feedback is essential. By using the Prototype, you agree that:<\/p>

          • You may be contacted by email regarding feedback or surveys.<\/li>
          • Any feedback you provide may be used to improve forrealz!.<\/li>
          • You will report issues in good faith, but you are not required to perform technical testing.

            You are not<\/strong> expected to perform stress tests, security testing, or intentional system breaking.<\/p>

            8. Data Protection<\/h2>

            All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.<\/p>

            Key points:<\/p>

            • All Prototype data is treated as test data.<\/li>
            • Some data may be visible to other testers for evaluation purposes.<\/li>
            • The phone number field is non-functional and not used to contact you.<\/li>
            • Data will be deleted after the test phase or upon request.<\/li><\/ul>

              9. Prohibited Conduct<\/h2>

              You agree not to:<\/p>

              • Harass or misuse other Prototype participants<\/li>
              • Attempt to identify real individuals behind test profiles<\/li>
              • Use the Prototype for harmful, abusive, or illegal purposes<\/li>
              • Reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the system<\/li>
              • Upload harmful or inappropriate content<\/li><\/ul>

                10. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability<\/h2>

                The Prototype is provided \u201cas is,\u201d without warranty of any kind.
                forrealz! assumes no liability for:<\/p>

                • Loss of data<\/li>
                • Technical issues<\/li>
                • Misuse by participants<\/li>
                • Incorrect or incomplete test data<\/li><\/ul>

                  11. Termination of Access<\/h2>

                  forrealz! may modify or discontinue the Prototype at any time and may revoke access to any participant without notice.
                  Test data may be reset or deleted at any time.<\/p>

                  12. Changes to these Terms<\/h2>

                  These Terms may change as the Prototype evolves. Updates will be posted in the Prototype or on our website.<\/p>
