When you write to us, please include your device (iPhone\/Android), the app version (Settings \u2192 About), and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help a lot.<\/p>\n

Frequently asked questions<\/h3>\n

I can’t log in \/ I didn’t receive my verification code.<\/strong>
Check that the phone number or email you entered is correct and that you have a network connection. Codes can take up to a minute to arrive. If it still doesn’t work, email us and we’ll unblock your account manually.<\/p>\n

How do I report a user, a Drop, or inappropriate content?<\/strong>
Open the profile or the Drop, tap the menu icon, and choose Report<\/em>. You can also block a user from their profile. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and content or accounts that violate our rules are removed. You can also email us directly at info@forrealz.de<\/a> \u2014 please include the username and, if possible, a screenshot.<\/p>\n

Someone made me feel unsafe at a meetup.<\/strong>
Your safety comes first. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. Then report the user in the app or email us \u2014 we investigate every report and remove accounts that endanger others.<\/p>\n

The app doesn’t show any Drops near me.<\/strong>
Make sure location permission is granted (iOS: Settings \u2192 forrealz! \u2192 Location) and that your search radius is wide enough. forrealz! is rolling out city by city, so there may not be activity in your area yet.<\/p>\n

I’m not receiving notifications.<\/strong>
Check that notifications are enabled for forrealz! in your device settings. On some Android devices (Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei), battery optimisation can suppress notifications \u2014 set the app’s battery usage to Unrestricted<\/em>.<\/p>\n

How do I delete my account and my data?<\/strong>
In the app: My Profile \u2192 Delete Account. You can also email us. Deletion removes your profile, photos, Drops, Picks and messages permanently.<\/p>\n

How do I request a copy of my data?<\/strong>
Email info@forrealz.de<\/a> from the address linked to your account and we’ll send you an export.<\/p>\n

Subscriptions and purchases.<\/strong>
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and can be managed or cancelled at any time in iOS Settings \u2192 [your name] \u2192 Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com<\/a>. If something looks wrong, write to us and we’ll help sort it out.<\/p>\n
